By enrolling a student in any course, class, or academic module, the Parent or Legal Guardian acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of themselves and the student. If a guardian does not agree with any part of these terms, they should refrain from completing enrollment or using the platform.

2.3 "Parent/Guardian" means the student's legal guardian who holds legal authority to execute this Agreement.

3. Enrollment
Enrollments must be initiated by an authorized parent or legal guardian. Guardians warrant that all information submitted during registration is complete and true. Admission is confirmed only after administrative verification and receipt of applicable fees. We reserve the right to place students in courses or batches based on academic evaluations, age, or prerequisites.
4. Fees and Payments
The Parent/Guardian assumes full responsibility for paying tuition fees, subscription costs, and applicable taxes by specified deadlines. Unsuccessful or late payments may lead to service suspension until accounts are settled. All refunds or fee adjustments are governed exclusively by our published Refund Policy.
5. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Guardians agree to foster consistent attendance, provide a distraction-free study space with reliable internet connectivity, maintain account security, supervise platform activities appropriately based on student maturity, and ensure professional communication with faculty and staff.
6. Student Responsibilities
Enrolled students are expected to uphold academic honesty, avoid plagiarism or unauthorized assistance, attend sessions punctually, engage respectfully with peers and educators, keep login credentials secure, and respect intellectual property.
7. Platform Responsibilities
We commit to maintaining high academic standards, deploying qualified tutors, delivering appropriate curriculum resources, keeping an inclusive digital environment, and using reasonable commercial efforts to maintain uninterrupted platform availability.
8. Attendance Policy
Punctual attendance is essential. Guardians should notify support in advance of planned student absences. Makeup classes for personal absences are not guaranteed unless provided in course terms. Where class recordings are made available, access remains subject to licensing and operational windows.
9. Homework, Assessments, and Academic Progress
Assignments and assessments measure independent student progress. While educators provide constructive evaluations, ultimate outcomes depend on student dedication; therefore, specific exam ranks, test scores, or institutional admissions are not guaranteed.
10. Online Conduct and Acceptable Use
Users shall not engage in abusive behavior, harassment, unauthorized recording, or distribution of classroom media. Any breach of conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from platform activities.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All lectures, digital notes, software, and educational resources remain the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors. Enrolled students receive a limited, revocable license strictly for non-commercial personal study.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal details are collected, processed, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy and statutory data regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
13. Communication
Official notices are delivered via registered email, SMS, or portal notifications. Guardians must keep contact records current to ensure timely delivery of operational updates.
14. Technical Requirements and Service Interruptions
Users are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware and internet bandwidth. We are not liable for technical delays caused by ISP disruptions, power outages, or vendor platform maintenance.
15. Refund, Cancellation, and Withdrawal
Withdrawals and fee adjustments are governed strictly by our separate Refund Policy. Enrollments and course access rights are strictly non-transferable.
16. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate student enrollment in cases of non-payment, repeated policy violations, or disruptive conduct. Outstanding dues remain payable upon termination.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages arising out of service use, student negligence, or external technical delays.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held accountable for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, utility disruptions, government mandates, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be defined and governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith discussion prior to formal legal recourse.
20. Acceptance and Contact Details
By completing enrollment or logging into our services, the Parent/Guardian confirms electronic acceptance of this Agreement with full legal effect.
